At Rasabi Technologies Inc, from here referred to as “Rasabi”, we are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored services to our clients. Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to clarify how we handle refund requests:
Once a service has commenced, refunds are not typically offered. Our services—such as advisory and consultation, software development, web and graphic design, talent recruitment, and assisted fundraising—involve bespoke work that cannot be returned or resold.
If you wish to cancel a service before any work has begun, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Refunds in such cases may be subject to an administrative fee to cover initial processing costs.
For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly advisory plans), you may cancel your subscription at any time. If cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription period, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining days in the subscription period, minus a 10% administrative fee.
For project-based services, such as software development, web design, or talent recruitment, the refund policy will be governed by the terms outlined in the specific project agreement signed by both parties. Generally, deposits or upfront payments for these services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If Rasabi fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the service agreement, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds will be based on the extent of the service failure.
Any costs incurred by Rasabi on your behalf for third-party services or products (e.g., software licenses, recruitment fees) are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. Rasabi will review each request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In some cases, at the discretion of Rasabi, we may offer service credits or additional support to address your concerns instead of a monetary refund. This reflects our commitment to client satisfaction and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Rasabi reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all future transactions.

Alternatively, Rasabi may offer service credits or additional support.
